I love to cook, travel and to meet new people. I read voraciously and love to play the guitar. I am addicted to used book stores. I have always had a rather eclectic & diverse mix of friends. I am deeply interested in global health issues, reducing health inequities, and international relations and politics.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

In west Philadelphia born and raised
On the playground is where I spent most of my days
Chillin' out maxin' relaxin' all cool
And all shootin some b-ball outside of the school.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I had my first couchsurfing experience in Boston and it was great! Excellent and generous hosts.

I love listening to almost anything on college radio (especially WKNC), Hank Williams, Muse, Dandy Warhols, The Strokes, Ben Folds, Ahmad Zahir, Ustad Sarahang, Red Hot Chilli Peppers, Little Brother, Mozart, Handel, Wu Tang, Public Enemy, Johnny Cash, Bibio. Really into psychedelic Anatolian rock and Persian disco/funk these days... I'm pretty eclectic...
