I´m hoping to see different parts of the world, because I´m curious and find the best way to learn something is hands on or visually. I dance when appropriate and sometimes when its not ideal, but I have fun doing it. I dont mind looking stupid sometimes. I take life serious when I´m at work or when its needed, otherwise I like to just enjoy life, relax at home or singing downtown at a club. I enjoy genuine people. Why waste your life faking it? If you like someone just be honest.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

In Iceland I was hosting more than anything, but now that I live in Poland I´m trying to enjoy the prices of mainland Europe and hope to travel more. I´ve hosted a couple times before and surfed a couple times and both times I´ve met some cool people some I still visit and see to this day. I just hope to meet more people I click with.

Interests

Dancing and singing and I like to be outside. I´m no expert at all, but I´m venturing out more and more into all that green nature and learning form the stupid mistakes I make. I also like to just have a relaxing day at home just talking with my roommates or friends and family, a good conversation is sometimes better than a drunken night out and usually you skip the hang over, so thats not bad. And I just hope to travel to help me learn more about different people and cultures.

Music, Movies, and Books

My music fascination is a bit all over the place. If it make my hips move, makes me want to sing, or pulls at me then I´ll give it a second listen.

Movies are quite similar for me. I´ll give anything a go the first time, but I enjoy a good horror film. My problem is I like a lot of different things, but can never remember names, it´s my flaw, I know.

Books are a friend to me. Again I forget titles, but I often have moments of book binging and I love that feeling of devouring one book and looking for the next. So if you have any good ones, please feel more than free to share!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I once almost disappeared into the opening of the volcano Hekla, closely followed by finding my way from a hot river called Reykjadalur, back down safely while it was winter and pitch black. Luckily I learned if you stay calm and stay together you can make it out alright, then you´ve earned a nice warm shower and hot soup afterwards.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can share lots of my thoughts. Random as they may be I usually have a sly way of making something boring into an ok worded and entertaining thought. Also if you like dancing I would love nothing more than to dance until the sun comes up....or until my eyelids close. And if by chance you need a little Icelandic lesson I can give you a little bit of this and that gerðu svo vel :)
