ABOUT ME

I'm a rugby player, a news-junky, a former philosophy/politics/economics major, a current law student, a world traveler (sort of), a half-assed hipster, a frat-guy, community-service enthusiast, a beer drinker, a fairly obnoxious know-it-all and some people have accused me of being a nice guy.

PHILOSOPHY

My philosophy is a bit of Camus, Nietzsche, Sartre, Locke and Rawls all thrown into a barely coherent mix. Basically, help others who are victims of absurdity, but not at the point of martyrdom, because then you're just becoming a victim yourself. Or, less philosophy-nerdy: have fun, and make sure others are having a good time too.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I joined after getting shown around Atlanta a few summers ago. I've hosted a bit for coffee, but never properly. Once I move back to Philly, though, I'll be able to host. So give me a shout this summer if you are coming to Philly (you should!).

I've also been hosted in Europe a bit.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Lots of meets up, less hosting. Always down to meet fellow travelers and to help show them around.
