ABOUT ME

I grew up in Los Angeles and have lived in San Diego and San Francisco. Though I'm physically a city slicker, there is a bit of honky tonk inside of me waiting to get out.

I enjoy exploring and living in areas that are less metro and more retro. Sometimes I hear the midwest call out my name.

PHILOSOPHY

I believe life has the opportunity to create a community of people who share experiences and talents to build each other up. I wish to grow in this capacity and take my talents towards that mission.

I also believe that laughter is the solution to world peace. I tend to spread it everywhere I go.

I love meeting people and hearing their stories. I grow from the wisdom of others and perspectives on life that increase my ability to see the world we live in from a whole different way.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

It all started with a place to crash, visiting friends all over the world. From there, the joys and benefits of couchsurfing has become mutual with the host and an amazing experience.

Intereses

I'm a great cook, enjoy motorcycling through towns, snowboarding with friend and having conversations over coffee.

Música, películas y libros

I usually am tuned into Pandora's "today's Country music" station.

All genres of movies are entertaining to me, except for horror (it's horrible). I love movies that can make you think about reality (Forks Over Knives), laugh (old Jim Carey), cry (Marley and Me), both laugh and cry (Crazy, Stupid, Love), grab your seat (Black Hawk Down), be a hero (Dark Knight), be inspired (Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead), challenge you (Step into Liquid) and remind you of what it was like to be a kid (Pixar).

Making friends with people via the internet is an amazing thing. Though it's easy for people to hide behind a computer and bully, it's when they have courage enough to take a risk in meeting others that AMAZING happens.
