Hi ! I'm a french student, living in the south of France since a looong time ! I'm studying English at University, especially litterature, civilisation and translation. I'm a "bon-vivant" guy, and not shy at all :). Due to my personnal history (my parents are from Madagascar and Spain) and my the mix of cultures very significant in my city (Nimes is close to Spain, Italy, has a good weather so that people from all around the world came and still comes living here) i'm very open-minded :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm on Couchsurfing because i used during my last trips, and i loved the exchange i lived. I also thinks that it's more interesting to discover a country with its people; more than that hostels could be very expensive, so i'd be glad to help travellers as i can ;)

Interests

I love travelling, especially backpacking, at least when my money is ok haha ! Otherwise, i practice sport, especially handball since almost 15years. I'm also keen on music, but unfortunatly i did not have the time to learn to play an instrument. To finish, i read a lot too, medieval fantastics books or historics books.

Music, Movies, and Books

I listen a lot of black musics (soul, jazz..) but especially hip-hop. I listen rock music too, but not any kind: i fell in love for rock with the Unplugged live of Nirvana ( an acoustic one), wich led me to listen bands as Limp Bizkit, Muse, Placebo, Enter Shikari...
I don't really like to watch movies, can't explain why..but i prefer TV shows: Breaking Bad, Narcos, The Walking Dead, Game of thrones.. I also watch some mangas as Samurai Champloo, Death Note, One punch man...and that's all :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In September 2014, i left France to backpack in South America with a good friend of mine for 6months and half. We began with Ecuador, then Perou, Chile, Argentina, Uruguay, Brasil and to finish 3 days in Miami ! I think it is the happiest year of my life, and it is probable that when i'll finish my studies i'll move there :)

Teach, Learn, Share

Unfortunatly, i can not teach a lot of things ! I speak three languages, so that i can teach French and Spanish, and english when i'll be good enough :)
I know my city well, as a lot of other cities of the south of France, so i can turn into a free touristic guide if my schedule is ok !
