German origin, actually living and working in Bali, Indonesia (diving industry) currently traveling for more than a year already because of the covid situation.

Used to a simple life in SEA countries. Left Europe 2016 and decided to live a more basic life. Small things and people make me happier than the things money can buy.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

It doesn't matter where you are, but who you are with.

It's all about people. You can be in the most "shitty" place on earth with great people and you'll still feel comfortable.

On the other hand, being at the most paradise like place on earth, but without nice people around, you still won't feel comfortable.

Met a lot of people using couchsurfing already, made very good experiences with them, so I'm gonna give it a try
