ABOUT ME

Calm and collected. I like to always have a good plan, but never be afraid to change it.

I grew up in a multi-cultural household, have always been interested in the arts, and went to architecture school for university, so I love to experience cultures through conversations with other people and through travel. Hopefully with the help of CS I'll keep getting to go places I've never been to. :)

I joined Couch Surfing relatively recently, but I had some great experiences in Turkey at the end of 2012. Honduras is next!

Interests

I generally enjoy a variety of hobbies that I periodically pick up and set aside. Eating good food, cooking (sometimes good) food, piano, guitar, movies, photography, modern art, digital art, books, etc.

Music: Lots of blues/rock and roll. The Black Keys, The Dead Weather, The White Stripes, Magic Slim, Amy Winehouse, Billie Holiday
Books: I've been reading a lot of Stephen King lately, namely the Dark Tower series.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've seen prostitutes setting the street on fire in Athens, which actually only sounds a lot more amazing than it really was, but that's what I got.

Driving through the mountains on the Aegean coast of Turkey in a tiny rental car.
