About Me

When I was 19 years old and full of adventurous spirit, knowing very little about the world, I met new people through couchsurfing. (There used to be a lot of reviews, but it seems like the couchsurfing data has disappeared.) Now, at 27, during this European trip, I'm writing this to meet a host when I go to Florence.

I've matured a bit now, and I have more friends, so I actually don't use couchsurfing much anymore. Instead, I meet friends living in different countries. But in Florence, I don't have any friends. If you host me, I'd love to build meaningful conversations and create fun memories together.

I run an IT business in Korea and I'm active in the community. I'm an extrovert who loves meeting new people, and I enjoy challenges, adventures, and uncertainty. I'd describe myself as someone who knows how to find happiness and lives in the moment.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I wanted start a small business after reading a book SuperBusiness: How I Started SuperJam from My Gran's Kitchen.
This book expanded my view that business is not that difficult and not only for adults.
So, I set in motion to start my little project.
In March, 2014, I designed the bag and chose the fabric directly. I then visited the factory to make samples and earned investments totaling $7,000 from 208 individual investors by crowdfunding. Finally,  I launched a 10LITER!
10LITER brand means 10-liter water is donated to Africa if 1 bag is bought.
Actually, I didn’t get much money, but I learned a lot from doing this.
