Overview
About Me
I'm 23 this year and I'm currently studying computer science at the Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD). I want to see the world, experience different cultures and interact with locals from these varied cultures to find overlaps and disparities between my world view and those of others.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm Couchsurfing because I want to travel places through the eyes of locals. Ask me about Singapore and I'll tell anyone that there is less of Singapore in Marina Bay Sands/Resorts World Sentosa (hint: NOT Crazy Rich Asians) than in our hawker centres and historical landscape. I think locals will know better about their home then TripAdvisor, and I'd like to know more about your country from you!

Music, Movies, and Books
Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Fight Club, Once (BEST cheesy film), Where to Invade Next. I generally read non-fiction, but if I had to pinpoint a favourite book, it'd be Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close by Jonathan Safran Foer.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I.. ate a whole spring chicken for lunch once.
Teach, Learn, Share
I'm not too sure what I can teach but I've taught English before at a tuition centre in Singapore. I'd definitely like to learn more about different cultures and listen to the experiences of others. I can share.... food.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Food. But I can definitely share about my experiences in Singapore, what there is to do in my country, the unique experiences one will have here, the must-see sights and things like that.
Countries I’ve Visited
Australia, Austria, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Poland, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, United Kingdom, United States
