ABOUT ME

I just turned 40 this year and it seems to have triggered a lot of "life change" stuff. I'm currently at my healthiest and strongest EVER, and am excited about using this new-found vigor to explore--by myself and with others. I love my job--school counselor--and I love that it allows me to have 3 months off a year in which to travel and spend time with friends. I enjoy hiking, biking, working out, getting a cool or hot beverage, reading, sleeping...not necessarily in that order. I'm excited to see things I haven't seen before and experience new cultures and people.

PHILOSOPHY

I live my life to help others and make the most out of what life has given me. I'm still figuring out what all I believe, but I believe in kindness and goodness and giving others a leg-up and listening ear when you can.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am new to couch surfing and am looking to meet new people during my trip to Italy and Greece. As much planning as I have done, I know there is no substitute for someone who lives in country for getting the best experience possible.
