CURRENT MISSION

My mission is to create something as long as I live and appreciate the creations of other people and nature - despite the fact that everything dies, everything vanishes and everything is lost.

ABOUT ME

I'm a queer woman, who is doing her PhD on Cultural Anthropology (as well as teaching Anthropology), and who writes science fiction stories, practices ashtanga yoga, and zazen, draws pictures, and is generally interested in life, world and art. I'm both extrovert and shy, bold and embarrassed, and always trying to get along with other people.

PHILOSOPHY

I'm trying to cope with the fact that everything is in constant change, and sometimes I succeed, sometimes fail - and trying to stay in small and beautiful moments of life as long as I can.

I guess I will be surfing couchs and providing couch to be surfed at.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have couchsurfed in Copenhagen, San Francisco and Finland, and had only extremely good experiences during the few years I've been a member. I have hosted only once though, but I just moved and am more capable to provide space on couch now. I'm probably going to surf and host a lot in the future!

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I saw a very thin crescent of new moon and Venus very close together on the sky of Canterbury while standing on a churchyard of the oldest church of England.

I had a fever while visiting the National Park of Arches in the desert of Utah. A sandstorm rose. Sky was red with sand, the stone arches rose like hallucinations from the dust. I felt sick and amazed at the same time, like I had been in some very strange dream.
