ABOUT ME

I love passion, authenticity, and living a life I truly love... which generally means my way of life is off most people's charts. If and when we meet, I'd be happy to tell you all about it.

Love meeting people who can be real with me, even if we're super different. I want to know what gets you excited, makes you want to be alive.

Oh yeah, and I'm genderqueer, meaning I'm somewhere between and beyond the whole man/woman thing. You don't need to be queer or a gender expert for us to get along. Just don't try to police me into a box I don't want to be in and we'll get along fabulously ;)

PHILOSOPHY

We are here to enjoy life, not to suffer through it. That, too, can be hard work sometimes, especially when we keep trying so hard to make ourselves miserable! (LOL ask me how I know this...)

It's been a while! Loved getting to meet folks when I surfed in Greece and Ireland.

Books: Love 2.0, Riding Between the Worlds, The Language of Emotions, The Spiral Dance, 78 Degrees of Wisdom, Taking Up the Runes, and many, many others...

Music: My tastes are fairly eclectic, but I especially dig some darker/bassier electronica like drum'n'bass, jungle, dubstep, also enjoy edgy abstract/glitch. Weirdly, I've suddenly fallen in love with pop music over the past 6 months - Justin Bieber, Maroon 5, Justin Timberlake... I really don't know what's come over me!!

Hahaha... so many things. Did a bicycle trip around central Japan for two months, camping under bridges and by the roadside. Visited slums in India. Paid my respect to Brigid's eternal flame in Kildare. Started my own career in a field that barely exists.

If you're interested in Tarot, earth-based spirituality, alternative sexuality, I know anywhere from a little to a lot about it. Just ask :)

I'm always interested in learning about local folk traditions, folk/fairy tales etc. Beyond that, though, I have a basic interest in hearing about things people are passionate about, whatever they are.
