ABOUT ME

My wife and I are a mellow couple who value time with each other and our family and friends more than most. I have given up sweet jobs to have a flexible schedule that allows me to spend time with my wife and surf and travel as I see fit.

PHILOSOPHY

ehh, trying to love my fellow humans, but there are a lot of barriers to overcome.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

We are looking to connect with like minded people at home and abroad.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have traveled throughout Latin America staying in shacks to score waves, and more recently my wife and I took an 80 day road trip around the US and only spent 15 nights in hotels, the rest were with friends and at campsites (paid and poached)
Also: Kenya, Tanzania, Italy, Greece, Amsterdam, HI, PR
Entire CA coastal Roadtrip

Martha says: I spent a semester in Rome with stops in Salerno, Pompeii, Sperlonga, Stuttgart Germany, Rhodes Greece and Paris France. Also Mexico and extensive travel on the east and west coast of USA

Many, but surfing and ecology/biology are at the top, good conversation and good stories are also quite excellent.

Martha says: Spending time outdoors, creating art, Yoga, reading books, philosophy, macrobiotic cooking, and spending time with friends and family.
