ABOUT ME

I am a 21 year old girl - currently halfway through a 7 month trip around the world. Am sitting in an internet cafe in Bali, facing the reality of needing to leave for Australia to start a working holiday. Dreading first world living! Would love to stay here forever!!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Right now I am looking to find places to stay in Australia. When I get home and settled into an apartment (hopefully in Vancouver) I will have a couch available for anyone who comes to Canada! And I will be so happy to show you around while you're in my favourite place on this Earth!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I am brand new to couch surfing. When I realised that I was running out of money on my Asia trip, I remembered some Aussies telling me about couch surfing while I was in Amsterdam, so I figured I'd try it out!

Una cosa incredibile che ho fatto

Yesterday I attended a wedding of a local Balinese couple. I was the only foreigner there, but was treated so amazing! Everyone was all smiles - there was lots of pictures taken and traditional danced taught.

It will be a memory close to my heart forever.

Ironically, I want to be a wedding planner - but seeing this simple, yet spectacular, event made me realise how over commercialized and out of control weddings are in the western world. So... perhaps a career change is in order!
