I'm an ESL teacher in Ankara, Turkey. I've been living here for just over one year. Before that I was living and teaching in Seoul, South Korea.
I love experiencing new cultures and seeing beautiful and amazing places. I'm a very sociable person and really love meeting new people :)

Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

I've heard such great things about it from friends who have travelled to different places. They say it's a great way to see a place as hosts can give great advice on places to visit and help you feel less like a tourist in unfamiliar places. It also seems like a great opportunity to meet new people.

Interessen

As I mentioned above, I'm a big fan of travelling to new and exciting places.
I'm also fairly active. I love running, hiking, horse riding, skiing and snowboarding. Spending time with friends, usually eating some good food and drinking some nice wine is another favourite pastime of mine.

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

I've swam with whale sharks in the Philippines. They're pretty incredible creatures. Huge and very gentle.
