ABOUT ME

Hi, Bonjour,

I am Joachim, videographer and music lover from Brussels, who loves traveling, discovering new cultures, new places and meeting people from different horizon.

I studied Art, Media and Communication at university in Belgium. I work as a freelance, wedding and destination videographer. I am passionate of cinema, I'm a guitar player, nature and sunset lover, I like hiking, swimming and bicycling.

I m vegetarian and my health is very important to me. I like cooking and tasting new recepies. I enjoy the simple moments, like drinking a good coffee, talking by night around a bonfire, I love reading a good book, writing, composing music, walking in the woods and taking pictures. I practice meditation, yoga and mindfulness.

In 2016, after a week of holiday in Ibiza, i deiced to stay and work in a local farm. I know Ibiza sound like a place of party, full of tourist and people on luxury boat but it's actually it's a little part of the island. There is a part much bigger in the countryside where life is more authentic. I lived during 5 months in a small community of travelers and locals, working together in a traditional finca. I worked so hard everyday in the field, painting old typical ibisenco house, cooking for the community, building and fixing stuff, making this place better and being connected with people, nature and my inner self.

Being a volunteer for a eco project like this brings me so much happiness.

It feel so great to be a part of a community with a purpose, getting involve in ecological projects and helping peoples who need to build a better place. It's what a looking for when I travel.

I like to say world is like a giant playground. And it's for that i like traveling, meeting new people, have some interesting conversations about life, universe, working together, being the hero of his own life and share what I do with love and consciousness.

I'm mostly an optimist, always curious and I ready to start something new! I can quote Gandhi, Martin Luther King, Emerson or Krishnamurti, but I think it's better to talk, act and share together.

I am really adptatif, happy to help and I like working in agriculture, for eco project and already grateful to nice to meeting you!
