HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I believe the best way to know a place is not by its monuments, is by understanding and living the way people live those places,I have being a tourist and a traveller, for me the second option is always better.

3 marathons (Chicago 2006, Washington 2007 and Philadelphia 2008)Marathons are only 42K or 26 miles, 10k´s are not marathons.
