I'm a below average height, Swedish guy who lives in an appartment with my girlfriend in the centre of Kiruna. I have just finished my studies at Luleå University of Technology, and can now call myself a Master in Aerospace Enginnering. Currently I'm working on Esrange, the rocket launching site outside town. My dream is to start launching small satellites from here. As newely employed I'm looking forward to my first snow mobile! I like to figure out how to do things the smart way, and I like to be a bit tricky. Ask questions and turn things around so people have to think. The best part is when they turn it back.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have friends who are couchsurfers and they have brought their guest home to us sometimes. It have been so wonderful experiences, just talking, offering home cooked Swedish food, and having a pleasant time! I remember one night especially. We had eight different nationalities in our house, and I didn't speak Swedish for several hours! Even the Swedes spoke English with each other, just because that was the mood for the night. It was awesome and I want to do that again! Those nights really inspired me and I decided to join.

Interests

Snowboarding, skiing, kite surfing, hiking, fishing, cooking, eating, computer games, video games, movies, reading, and a lot more that I can't come up with now. Let's just say that I save them for when we meet!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Long story short. Went snowboarding on the 5 of June in Riksgränsen, Sweden. We hiked to the top, started at 00:00 and went down at 02:00. Perfect timing to ride the slushy slopes in the midnight sun. The pictures are amazing!
