À propos de moi

CURRENT MISSION

Meet a lot of strange people and learn how to communicate with them (in that order)

ABOUT ME

Im a guy from a small Danish town, whos moved to the big city to become a doctor and learn about the world!
Ive always travelled a lot. For instance, when I was twelve I walked 800 kilometres of Camino Santiago in northern Spain, and when I was sixteen I lived in Japan for a year. So I love travelling! And Id like to point out that it, after all, was a Dane who said that to travel is to live (thats HC Andersen).
My favorite quote is: "It's harder to crack a prejudice than an atom"
- Albert Einstein

PHILOSOPHY

Treat others as you want them to treat you :)

Morceaux de musique, films et livres

Music: I like music in all genres; Jazz, soul, rock, pop. As long as it sounds true :)

Books: I like reading a lot! I'm especially into Umberto Eco, Paul Auster, Haruki Murakami and Salman Rushdie. Studying takes up quite some reading capacity though, which is why I read the most books in the holidays.

Enseignez, apprenez, partagez

One of my biggest experiences from travelling is this:
If you want to learn a language, the best way is isolating yourself in a community in which nobody speaks your language. It takes time and it can be rough sometimes, but it works the best. In 2006 I lived 1 year in Sendai, Japan, and that seemed to do the trick.

Bulgaria, France, Portugal, Tanzania
