I am an intelligent and gentle woman loving life, loving people's deeper stories, psychology and interspirituality. I feel connected with earth and Spirit. I love good talks, but also humor and just relaxing time.

I love my work as a therapist for victims of bullying and being an interfaith minister and interspiritual 'companion'.

I live alone with my 3 sweet cats Luna, Mazzel and Diwali.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've had some really tough years including severe disease and a very painful break up with my ex-partner due to the disease and the impact it had. Since Christmas of 2015 I have started my new life. Recently (december 2017) I got a new place to live which feels like a miracle becoming true. It's a beautiful loft in an old monastery in the middle of a beautiful park. As if made especially for me. Only, it's not so big and because it is one big space it is not really possible to have guests. Although I would love to have guests here!

My goal is to live life fully as long as I can, to enjoy good company and to travel and experience new things, new areas and new people. And also to visit older friends, like my loving friends in New York. If I can create the possibilities I would love to travel around, see beautiful places, enjoying life. Maybe meeting you and having a good time!

Although the disease has put my life completely upside down, I am very aware that I am not the disease and I appear to have a positive way of living with it all. Sometimes to my own surpise. One of the things is that I am spending my energy to the thing that I really find important for myself to experience, like meeting people, having quality time and experiencing life fully. I love to meet people who love, among many other things, quietness, good talks, wisdom, good food, humor, etc. I love nature and quiet places, and I love NYC. :-) Because I studied interspirituality there New York became a home, also because some of my best friends are living there and it always is a feast when I meet them again.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I am a good listener ... Because I love wisdom of all world traditions and studied it, including a lot of inner work, I also have something to offer in talks about life, faith, trauma, etc...

Because of the disease I had I cannot stand too long on my feet and the same is true for walking. I always need to pay a bit of attention to how I am feeling physically. Sometimes I need to rest. It is often a bit too much for me to stand on my feet to cook a meal all by myself, or it must be just simple and fast to prepare. But I would love to prepare a meal together...
