Sometimes I travel alone. I like driving alone, but the overnight stays in motels/hotels are boring and lonely. I thought this might be a great way to meet new people and learn what the locals know in places I go.

Reading, good food, long walks which I sometimes call hikes, animals, camping with my husband and son, binge watching Netflix, meditating (when I make time), spring/fall gardening, hanging out with friends, experimenting with multi-media art, learning new things.

Музыка, кино и книги

Music: Pop and Rock--anything from the late 60s to current, plus occasional jazz or classical pieces thrown into the mix.
Movies: I prefer action movies if going to the theater. At home, drama and comedy. Anything good I'm not to particular. My favorite movie is Moulin Rouge although I'm not a fan of musicals.
Books: Fiction of all kinds with some memoir tossed in. I don't have a favorite author at this time.

I've traveled to nearly all of the 50 states. I used to be a commercial truck driver which took me to all of the contiguous 48 states except Rhode Island. I traveled to Hawaii and Alaska vacationing.
