ABOUT ME

Friendly, easy going, drama-free, originally from Portugal and been living in the US for 7 years. Recently moved to OC from Miami where I found a deep interest in yoga, meditation and how the deep connection with others is of the greatest importance. I'm truly interested in activities that bring joy and center me, whether it's acroyoga or slackline or just hangout with group of kind, joyful people.

I'm into traveling and backpacking to places, staying at hostels and letting random chance act on its own to allow me to meet whoever is supposed to cross my path.

Meditation, Budokon (yoga and MMA), authentic and raw stuff, the thought process, deep conversations, silly conversations. Interested in learning new things like playing guitar, skateboarding, dancing. Into slackline also ... getting better at it slowly.

Music includes a bit of everything - Bluegrass to reggae. I tend to like songs that remind me of times and people I've crossed paths with so you'll see me light up equally listening to the backstreet boys or Alanis Morissette
