I´m into meditation, Yoga and all different kinds of Consciousness tools as Rebirthing, Reiki and Reincarnation , but the best explanation is: I AM and I AM NOW! The very PRESENCE of every Moment is the best observation to enhance awareness....... so, lets SEE and FEEL---
