I'm a positive and outgoing yogini passionate about meeting, helping and learning from others. Healthy living is very important to me, in mind, body and spirit... but I am always learning!
I always enjoy meeting new people and learning new ways of living. I recently got more into rock climbing and dancing as a way of self expression, both of which I really am loving! Let's play!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I used to host people when I lived in Montreal and loved every experience. I surfed some couches myself in Morocco, the States and BC.

I am quite passionate about yoga and healthy living. I study and practice Yoga & Ayurveda and really love it. My favorite things are to spend time with people, share, learn, dance, play and grow together. Other interests include cooking, climbing, swimming, hiking, dancing, playing and spending time in nature!
