Just a girl trying to pet as many animals as I can in my short little life!!

Haha. In case you didn't already gather, I really love animals (and plants, and pretty much all the green and blue parts of this world). In fact, I'm currently working in Oman studying whales, dolphins, and coral reefs. (I also like people though, and meeting new ones is what is so exciting to me about CS!)

Other things I like:
- the moment at a concert after the lights go out and before the band comes on stage
- peeling an orange in one shot
- the smell of play-doh
- when the bus driver waits for you even though you are late to the stop

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

I love the open-mindedness of it all - how people are willing to immerse you into their lives and show you their secret happy spots. I also like the idea of going on adventures with new friends. The world is so big, and there are always more friends to be made, and more places to be explored.

Spent the past summer living on a sailboat studying pilot whales and endangered northern bottlenose whales in the Atlantic ocean for my thesis (currently in the process of being published!).

The summer before that, I surveyed the effects of climate change on the coral reefs of Bermuda by scuba diving.
