Backpacked across Belize and played strip poker with Matthew Good. Ok, that's two, but any excuse to tell that story..

I teach empathy to my kids as often as I can. As well as compassion and realizing they are leading lives that other children in the world would literally kill to have.

I try to learn about psychology and the human mind whenever I can.

I share things that make me happy all the time, in hopes they might make others happy as well. But I don't like sharing my food.
