I'm a pretty laid back person. I enjoy deep conversation and a laugh (or 2 or 3...or 4...etc.). My perfect evening would be eating something delicious, maybe some wine, giggling and perhaps a stroll in the fresh air, and talking about something delightful or awe-inspiring.

In general, I'm not big on partying and neither is my husband... so if you're looking for clubbing and such, we're not the hosts for you (I don't like going to places where you have to scream at other people -I prefer more laid back pub/lounge partying.) But if you just want to have random fun, joke around and go exploring, I think we'll get along really well!

Sometimes just stepping outside your front door and paying attention is a new adventure. As awesome as traveling around the world is - I don't think it's actually necessary. Discovering a new beauty every time in the same old place is its own adventure :) With Couchsurfing - you can have the world come to you!

Interesses

I enjoy cooking epic "joannese" foods, smelling pretty flowers, finding recipes online, pinterest, laughing, eating, walking my dog Napoleon, going on random adventures, manifesting sweet stuff, drinking tea, pretty things, putting the puzzle pieces of life together and feeling them click, bullet journaling, Disney, fairy tales, and peachy pink, cotton candy coloured sunsets.

Músicas, Filmes e Livros

I love watching all sorts of movies. I especially enjoy magical adventure movies, comedies, romantic movies and mind-blowing movies. Some of my favourite movies are: Stardust, Enchanted, Mamma Mia, Meet Joe Black, Serendipity, How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days, Mean Girls, She's the Man, The Holiday, and Lala Land.

My taste in music varies. I like pretty much anything that sounds happy and makes me feel good ( I LOVE Abba music :P). I LOVE 80s music! For more contemporary - I (not so) secretly really enjoy Taylor Swift, and various indie pop artists whose names I can't remember.

When it comes to reading I love a good mystery romance! My favourite philosopher is Spinoza.
