Hello! My name is Joanna, I'm 23 working as a registered nurse, and I love to travel! I have mostly traveled in the U.S. visiting national parks, state parks, and beaches, but I recently went on my first overseas trip (Scotland) and second one (Spain, France and Italy) and absolutely fell in love with traveling. I would love to meet other like-minded, positive, adventurous people to bond with, and see the world too! I like to be active in my travels and see as much nature as possible, although I do love city life as well. My favorite places I've traveled to are Big Sur in CA, Zion National Park in Utah, Positano Italy, and Isle of Skye in Scotland.

One of the coolest people I've ever met was a foreign exchange student from the Netherlands, and we became close friends pretty quickly as I showed her around my hometown, introduced her to my friends, and showed her all the tourist-y but fun things to do in CA. It was such an awesome experience to meet someone from another culture, and I know that I would always have a place to stay in the Netherlands if I wanted to visit, and vice versa. I would like to continue that and meet other open-minded travelers and create lasting friendships. The world is such a huge place with so many people and the opportunities for friendship are endless!

On my days off, you'll usually find me at a coffee shop reading a novel, thrift shopping for more books, playing piano, cooking a vegetarian meal, hiking, planning my next trip, or relaxing at the beach (Laguna is my favorite).
