About Me
MISSION
As a newcomer in Couch Surfing, I look forward to meeting people from different places and learning from different lifestyles and cultures. Also willing to show you my culture.
ABOUT ME
My name is Joaquín, I'm a 29 year-old Argentinian, curious about everything. I'm talkative and always open to new experiences, enthusiastic and outgoing. I believe in love and respect of the other. I enjoy learning about people roots and culture: language, history, politics, arts and of course food.
PHILOSOPHY
I firmly believe something I read: Travel makes one modest as you see what a tiny place you occupy in the world.
I think of in travelling as an extension of the journey of life. I praise the journey itself more than destination, as it provides means of self exploration and personal growth, base on exchange of ideas and experiences: It's in fact an inexhaustible source experience. As you train your eyes not to be delighted only, looking the good, but the bad and the ugly, you may always take something back, broaden your mind and develop a critical but unprejudiced mind. That's why I'm here, as I expect the experience to be rewarding.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing

What I Can Share with Hosts
Great conversations! I also enjoy cooking. As most Argentinian I love making "asados" , local way to call the the whole experience around barbecue: food in its minimalistic way, red wine and great talks. As well, I enjoy preparing "veggie asados".
