CURRENT MISSION

Riding by motorbike from Chile to Alaska. I love the sense of freedom when riding my bike, in combination with exploring new cultures and pushing my own limits.

ABOUT ME

I am famous for turning people inside out with questions, so be prepared!! I enjoy playing tennis and soccer, especially when I win. I am that fanatic, that I will turn the rules of any game in my favor. Also, I love taking cold, refreshing showers every morning. After many years of cycling and lots of punctures, I still don’t know how to fix a punctured tire. I live a healthy life, eating cookies for breakfast, chips at lunch, and finish the day with chocolates. And, I am pretty stubborn so don’t waste your time trying to change my diet.

Different than others, I search for ways to be uncomfortable, to suffer, and to find obstacles, till I think I can´t do it. I love the game of beating my fears (or get beaten by them). Hitchhiking to the next city, while busses are going every 5 minutes. Doing sales work in a language I don’t speak. Going on a weekend trip without money. I like to find abnormal ways to do normal things. You might call it stupid, I call it ´´learning by necessity´´.

PHILOSOPHY

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

During my travels, I try to get a grasp of how the local people live. Couchsurfing has helped me a lot since I met many wonderful CS'ers who have shown me a bit of their lives through their places of importance and personal stories. During this trip I would like to meet up with other people, locals and travellers, to get to know more about them.
