I'm an earth muffin and low-key philosopher who believes in “everything in moderation, including moderation.” I'm a naturalist at heart and am convinced that the heart of optimal health lies in the harmonious synchronization between the organism and its environment. My interests include herbal medicine, adaptogens, detoxification, entheogenic and psychedelic medicine, communal living, and environmental sustainability. I live, love, and journey with my partner and soulmate Rosco, our little white panther Shanti, and sassy little bird Chiquita. I seek to liberate my mind and body from many of the unnecessary and self-limiting concepts of western civilization and get down to the real heart of living: to work with and for the land itself, the plants and animals it sustains, and to enrich my local ecology which has so graciously sustained me for 26+ years. 🙏🏽💗🌎
