I’m a 35 year old RN who recently relocated from Long Island to Central New York. Part of the reason I moved up here was to be closer to my immediate family; but I also wanted to be able to afford some property to hunt, hike, homestead, farm, and enjoy more privacy and freedom than Long Island would allow. I have a beautiful place out in the country where I am getting started with different homesteading ventures including raising chickens, ducks, geese, and rabbits. I enjoy hunting and target shooting both guns and bow, riding motorcycle, atv, kayaking, music, hiking, bird watching (bald eagles daily visitors in my yard over the winter) Blue birds, goldfinches, blue jays, doves etc all regular visitors as well season depending. I’m very into fitness and slowly adding to my home gym. I have extra rooms in the house but also have a just shy of two acre pond which is perfect for camping on, bon fires galore. I enjoy sitting outside at night listening to owls, coyote, and the ever present spring peepers. Looking to meet/network with like minded individuals who enjoy these same sort of things.
