About Me
Joe
I'm a casual teacher based in Melbourne. I love exploring new places and being outdoors. In the second half of this year ('24) I'm excited to be travelling with my brother on an extended 'globe-trotting' trip that will hopefully include many of the places I've been keen to visit for a while. Among my favourite and generic hobbies are reading, writing, and going to the movies. I love watching/playing different sports, as well - currently I have Ben's measure in table tennis and racquetball.
Ben
I'm a casual guy based in Torquay, Victoria. As a dutiful younger sibling I have tried to model all my interests and personality off my older brother Joe. One notable exception being that I am a keen windsurfer, whereas he thinks this pastime looks "kinda stupid". I can confirm that, at present, he has my measure in table tennis and racquetball, and it is something I am looking to rectify.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Both of us:
We're keen to make the most of the travel experience by meeting new people and getting handy recommendations along the way. We've heard good things about Couchsurfing and would be very grateful guests. Down the line, we might be able to reciprocate with accommodation in Victoria, Aus, too!
