About Me

Hi folks! I am a solo traveler/hitchhiker currently traveling around the world until my spirit runs out.

I am a pretty laidback and chill individual. Appreciating small things in life and a little girl's smile won't fail to make my day.

I write and journal recreationally about people and things I felt emotional about along my travel. Check out my Medium page and I hope you'll enjoy reading my journals.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

It's almost been two years since the first time I was on CS and I would still, from time to time, scratch the back of my head thinking about what CS is truly all about. I was blown away by stories folks told me here and it's been a real honor to hold some tremendous privileges to see the beautiful earth with lovely individuals from across the globe.

The sentimental experience a terrific motionpicture imparts on me after I saunter out the empty theater and see the beautiful counter girl away. CS has the power to show me different lives and let me experience through them.

Interests

I love reading and journaling. And now I am developing more interests, namely, sketching, filming, yoga, and reading articles and magazines :)

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm trying to listen to and learn more about the music from the beat generation and flower kids.

As a teenager I was consumed by American blockbuster film, later on French cinema piqued my interest and French new wave was discovered in my dictionary. In the latter part of my twenties, American indie, mumblecore , and European new wave still have my heart.

I used to read only American and British literature due to availability but now I am attempting Russian and European literature.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I camped at the same spot on the same beach and woke up to the same Mediterranean sea for three consecutive days. It wasn't the camping but the composure retained in my heart amazing.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you English and Cantonese and how to cook dishes I learnt along the way.

I'd like to learn how to cook your favorite dishes from your culture, and listen to and put your personal philosophies into practice.

Definitely I'd be more than happy to share a few laughs and a good time with you :)

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can fix you up with some of my favorite food: clam chowder, pasta, ramen, and Shakshouka.

I can jam a few songs on my worn harmonica, happy to perform😊
