Hey! I am an English teacher from Xiamen, China, and a big fan of travelling around the world as well as various cultures.

I am a backpacker and have been to Nepal, India, Thailand, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, and Vietnam all on my own.
I'm gonna quit my job in Sep, 2015 and start my journey to mainly Middle East and Southern Europe.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I wanna re-feel the trust and kind kindness of people, cuz I found that, in cities particularly, it has been so hard that people put their trust in strangers. People just get so aloof and indifferent. I know people are good by nature, and I wanna to testify this belief.

Economically, to be honest. I am on budget. I have been backpacking since I was a college student, and I've get used to this way of traveling.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Being a volunteer in the Golden Temple, Amritsar, India.
I am not a Sikh, but when I volunteered there for two weeks, bringing food and water to the pilgrims, and cleaning the dining hall after every meal. Exhausted, by I was very happy.

I don't think it's amazing that I have traveling in India for two months on my own, even though I was told that India is a very dangerous place. Every place has some kind of danger, but it is also full of nice people offer you their help.

I can teach you to cook Chinese food, papercutting and other Chinese traditional arts. Maybe Taiqi, or Majiong, XD.
I can also teach you English, even though I am not a native speaker :)
