About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Learning to align myself with a Spiritual Power and people...

ABOUT ME

I am a 42 yr old family man hanging out in the mountains. I love to hike, ski/snowboard in the winter. The powder here is great. Snow shoeing is a great past time. In the summer I have to be hiking and looking for new adventures. Traveling is a great passion of mine. I have had an oppurtunity to travel the world while in the military, now I would like to go pack and experience the different cultures. Working on that. Cooking and hosting friends is probabaly the thing I like best while at home.

PHILOSOPHY

Never stop Exploring! There's a huge world out there full of wonderful people and sights to see.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
After a few years I've had the chance to host some really great people. I now have a family so hosting is a bit more challenging but I am hoping to start again.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

This has been a great experience. I got to meet up with a memeber in Belize who had lived in Hawaii as well..(Knew some of the same people.) Hosting people has been really cool, Since I can't travel right now it's great to hear stories and think of the places I want to visit. Ahhh the way we were...

Music, Movies, and Books

My favorite movie of all time is "Jack the Bear" it's just to good for words. I alos like Motorcycle Diaries, and Borm into Brothels for Indie films. Not much of a main stream movie guy. Slumdog Millionaire was great!!
Music The Dead still Rock!
Books adventure, stories of cops or agents infiltrating the Mob or Hells Angels, etc.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I wouldn't say this is something amazing but it is something I enjoying doing while traveling. I always bring candy so when I am on the buses in forgein countries it gives me a chance to befriend the children they always seem to be the most curious and insiteful. I gave this Grandma and her kids Pop Rocks In Guatemala, there faces were so funny they had never had anything like it before. I also will never give a child money but will buy them something to eat.

Countries I’ve Visited

Argentina, Bahamas, Belize, Chile, Costa Rica, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Mexico, Poland

Countries I’ve Lived In

United States
