Hey, my names Joel and i'm a 22 year old recent graduate from Melbourne. I'm an easy going guy who loves to experience everything that life has to offer. Before I get settled down and start working I have decided to put things aside and travel Europe for three months. I studied civil engineering as problem solving and thinking logically is what I do best. I'm a lover of sports and the outdoors and hate wasting my day. I have a newly found passion for travel and different cultures and would love to experience it with others.

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

I love meeting knew people and I believe i can connect with just about anyone. I believe it will hopefully help me network with people of all over the world and be a rewarding experience.

I am new to couchsurfing but it seems such a better alternative than being cooped up in a hostel room, and alot better way to experience culture.

Intereses

I love my sports and outdoor activities. My favourite sports involve aussie rules football, cricket, hockey, tennis and ultimate frisbee. I also love going for hikes, runs, bike rides and generally being outdoors. I have also an interest in water sports such as wind surfing, wake boarding and recently sailing. I may however have been the only one in the family to have capsized the Hobie Cat.

When I'm not outside I love hanging out with mates whilst having a few beers and spin a yarn or two. I have a great love for food, which can often be dangerous for the bank account.

I like playing my guitar from time to time although hats about the limit on my musical ability.
