Hello! My name is Joel, I am an actor and humanist in pursuit of another inner journey and outer splendor. I walk with love in my hear and playfulness on my sleeve. I am always excited for a world tour journey! I feel I am always planing more adventures then I have time for. Soon I will do a USA road trip tour in my Prius! This year has made that plan rather difficult. However this time spent going inside has been wonderful too. Becoming a stronger optimist and more faithful of humanity in general.

Reading profiles I feel more can be said about me, though if often feels awkward.(I’ll do my best)

I have lived all around the United States while growing up. Cleveland, Chicago and Philadelphia were the main three. As I continued my acting career I moved to New York City and was there for 7 years. I took a few years off then moved to Los Angeles for 5 years. I’ve been back in Cleveland the past two years for a period of personal reboot, so to speak, and very grateful I did. I have begun a new journey and excited everyday for my growth and adventures.

Back to travel... I hope to find wonderful people to stay with. People who enjoy conversation of philosophy and positive experiences. Someone who likes exploring their own home town and sharing their joy with others. I was recently in Greece and China. Greece was where I was able to have my first Couchsurfing experience which was wonderful. I will be returning to south East Asian for 3 months later this year.

With music and movies it will be easier to say what I Do Not enjoy...
With Music it’s “screamO” and super foul language’d lyrics. Beyond that I will give it a listen.
Movies, I will watch pretty much anything. I do love action adventures, comedy and thriller.
Top books!? Well I don’t read as much as I listen to audio books or podcasts while doing other things. I loved reading The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz and I’m a fan of Dan Brown and Lee Child’s works.

Going more philosophical now,
I seek the knowledge to understand that I don’t know what I’m doing until I understand what I am teaching.
I enjoy sharing my love of laughter and stories with others. The sound of child’s laughter, the sight of the expansive clear night sky, the feel of soft touching hands, the smell of dew at dawn and the taste of discovery are things I want to learn more about and share in experiences with.

I can share my peace and gratitude. I can cook, clean, and entertain. I enjoy sharing my knowledge for inner balance and growth. I will have my travel guitar so I can teach basic guitar too!
