About Me
I am Joel, I am an easy going guy who loves to socialize and make new friends. I'm always up for a chat and I'm out to learn as much as I can. I love food, wine, sports and seeing new things. I hope that I could make friends within anyone I met whilst on my travels.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm on Couchsurfing to try something new. I've stayed in a lot of hostels but being in a residential setting I think would really add to my experience.

Music, Movies, and Books
I love a range of music from the swinging American Blues to Post-Rock. My favourite tracks are usually from the 1980's hip-hop era, but I really do like a bit of everything.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I recently attempted the Annapurna Circuit in Nepal, a two week trek with the largest pass in the world. I had never done a trek of more then 14km and this totalled over 170km. This is probably my largest achievement to date and one with many stories attached.
Teach, Learn, Share
I'm still young with so much to learn from others but would love to share in my own interests to others. I take a conscious interest in Economics and the current climate of the world which I always love to discuss and pick other's brain's on.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I'd like to think I could share a laugh with a host, I'm not too much of a serious person and love to share new experiences. I'm young and always happy to help out if a host has errons to run.
