About Me

My name is Joëlle and I am turning 20 this year! I am from Germany but have quite international roots! I have family that lives all over the world such as Lebanon, the US and in different countries in Europe! Because of that I started travelling and exploring the world as of a very young age and I just keep on loving it more and more! I am backpacking through Australia right now and travelled through south east Asia before!
I am moving to Munich, Germany this year and would love to offer couchsurfing as well then!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think couch surfing is such a nice system to get to know the local kind of life a bit better and to be closer to the culture of the place you are travelling in! And it’s just Great to meet new people and kinds of lives!
My friends had some really good experiences with it so I really feel like trying it out as well!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

- I went scuba diving on Nusa Penida (bali) and saw so many manta rays! It was amazing! I go on diving trips all over the world every year since i‘m 12

- Eploring the local life in Lombok living in a small village for a while

- I lived in a Australian hostfamily for 3month and went to high school on the Gold Coast during that time! That’s wenn i Fell in love with Australia and decided I definitely have to come back and I am now 4 years later

I am pretty fluent in German English and french as I grew up Speeking all 3 languages so i just love to have a good talk!
I really enjoy cooking as well
