ABOUT ME

I'm a very easy going, film-loving sort of a person who loves a laugh and new experiences! Right now I'm fighting against the sudden urge of taking off and traveling to India. One can't help but miss colours and warmth after living a year in Lapland haha! I'm doing my masters at the university of Lapland, Rovaniemi, which means that I need to stay put for at least 4 more years. I love what I'm studying but staying still is turning out to be a real challenge :)

PHILOSOPHY

I tend to not take things too seriously because I believe that eventually everything will smoothen itself out. I'm very aware of the fact that my time on this planet is limited so I also try to live life as happily and lovingly as possible and without regrets.

Intereses

I'm on a ever-going quest to humour myself, so one could say that one of my interests is to find something new and funny everyday which is fairly easy. I can't remember a day when I haven't smiled!

Also I'm extremely interested in films(which is why I'm studying audiovisual media arts). "4 movies a day? No problem!" Sadly because of studying watching so many films a day isn't really a day-to-day possibility anymore. Now that I think about it: it's more like a film per day. A good pace still :D

A while back when Eyjafjallajökull erupted in Iceland I was supposed to fly home to Finland from London. As all flights were cancelled due to the ash clouds I had to come up with another way to get home; mainly by boats, busses and hitchhiking. the 'Not knowing what was going to happen next' made it the best time of my life really!

Current news: I recently won a paper plane making -contest and was nominated as Best female voice in our university radio!
