I live in the mountain state of West Virginia and I enjoy making movies, writing in coffeeshops, folding origami, and going swimming in secret, hidden forest lakes with my gal. I'm mellow, tidy, responsible, considerate, and curious.

While right now I'm digging roots in a place I want to commit to - I do enjoy traveling and like popping my head up in New Orleans, New York and the occasional trip for UN climate negotiations.

I've spent the last year working in the used book section in our state's most enchanting book shop.

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

I'm a writer and I'm traveling to Paris this Winter to cover the UN climate negotiations that are happening there from late November to mid-December. I've written about the talks before (when they were in Copenhagen, in '09).

I'm looking for cozy and gracious places to stay for a 3 (or more) evenings, as I spend over two weeks in Paris. I'll be spending my days out looking for stories of the people who are traveling from around the world to make this historical summit count.
