ABOUT ME

Moved to the bay area from Wisconsin 4 years ago. Worked at an internet start up for awhile, now started my own company, also teach kiteboarding/windsurfing occasionally, and get some acting gigs when they come along. Been getting into some filmmaking.

I like to keep life simple. Pretty much enjoy anything the outdoors offer: bicycling, windsurfing, kitesurfing, regular surfing (but i still really suck at that), photography, bicycle maintenance, etc.

Big Lebowski (anything Coen bros for that matter), Caddy Shack, Anything with Steve McQueen, Thank you for Smoking, Guy Ritchie flicks, i could go on.

My musical tastes meander to a new genre every few months.

Right now I'm reading books about filmmaking (Save the cat, in the blink of an eye, the 101 habits of successful screenwriters, and books about business/technology: advanced web metrics, Reality check, the selfish gene. Wired, INC and Economist magazines.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Windsurfed in the Gorge, wave sailed in Maui, skied in Switzerland. Kiteboarded under the Golden Gate. Most interesting trip I've ever gone on was to Moscow and St. Petersburg. Was an extra in a George Lucas movie.
