2.The Thai immigration office requires by law that they are notified of non-Thai nationals staying in a property. This is done by the landlord of the
property filling in a TM030 form. It is therefore necessary for me to
complete this form if you wish to stay with me. I will need to scan your passport and ask you to sign the form on your arrival. If you feel
uncomfortable with this, I will unfortunately be unable to accommodate you.
