ABOUT ME

A city girl who loves the nature and travelling. I love meeting new people and thankfully I have been blessed with meeting great people especially during my travels. I am not extremely chatty as I am introverted by nature but also slowly coming out from my tiny shell. Very inquisitive so please pardon me if I keep on asking a lot of questions :D

PHILOSOPHY

I live by 2 "things always happen for a reason" and when the current goes rough "whatever doesn't kill you always makes you stronger"

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

A really good friend that we know each other by just standing at the paddy fields in Sapa introduced me to it. Friendship is so amazing, it takes a lot of affinity to meet someone and it takes effort to maintain it.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Awesome meeting people with different cultures, some whom I have hosts/surf and some during activities with other CS.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love reading travel guides, I still buy lonely planets eventhough I am a gadget person with Ipad and Kindle. I still think nothing beats holding a travel guide while walking unknown areas.

Biographies of great people. I get inspired reading and it does remind me that success doesn't fall onto your feet, you have to work for it.

I enjoy chicklits once in a while to relax and to improve my vocabulary.

Not much of a movie person, I probably watch most movies when I am trapped in the air.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Jumping off a 6 meter cliff without any life vest and not knowing what's going to hit me below. It was based on a lot of trust from my white-water rafting instructor

Teach, Learn, Share

Sharing should be unconditional, I am beginning to buy into this concept due to some wonderful experiences that I have had.
