My name is Johan. I'm a 37 year old father of two daughters (9 years and 4 years old) who spend half their time with me, and the other half with their mother who lives rather close by.

As a human being I'm at the same time very willfull and openminded, fixed and flexible, talkative and silent. I'm used to being among quite different kinds of people, and I believe I'm quite easy to be around.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I used Couchsurfing both as a surfer and as a host back in my early twenties. Now I'm back again - under different life circumstances, but with the same intention:

I'm here to give and receive whatever comes along. More specifically: I'm here to welcome all kinds of people in my home - and hopefully also to experience the hospitality of others.

My kids are here in unequal weeks and equal weekends. When they are here, they get to decide whether they want to have visitors coming by.

Sometimes I have a lot of time to spend with guests if we feel like it, other times I don't. I'll let you know before arriving.
