One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Hiking mount Canlaon in the Phillipines. I decided to travel to a very remote place in a very remote corner of the world. Managed to find a (local) guide to do the hike and had to travel many hours with local tranport to reach to the start of the vulcano. In the little town the guide and I prepared for the trip and we left at 5 am in the morning. Not only the landscape was stunning but the real back to the basic/adventure feeling was there. Carring half of our food/drinks myself, cooking with a little gas heater and camping on the top of vulcano. Sitting by the campfire by night overseeing the island and thousands of lights lighting up with the silence surrounded. Unforgottable!
