Dear all,

I'm a fairly laid back, friendly little man who thinks the concept of couchsurfing is pretty neat. I've studied and worked abroad for a bit and enjoy meeting people from around the world and from all walks of life. I'm an avid traveler and really appreciate the unattached feeling of a long and unplanned trip. Sports in general is, nowadays perhaps more so in theory than practice, close to my heart and I've recently attempted to make music a bigger part of my life, so far this too mainly in theory rather than practice...but I'm getting there.

Because of its potential for unexpected encounters and for providing the opportunity to travel from home. I've only surfed a few times on longer trips abroad so far, but it's always been a very interesting experience and I hope to partake a bit more in the future.
