I'm Johanna, I was born in Cuxhaven, at the North Sea in Germany. After school I moved to Hildesheim where I started to study culture sciences and art.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think, 'Couchsurfing' is a good way to meet new people around the world. Traveling is not just about sightseeing. It means a lot to me to experience foreign cultures, meet new people and see maybe some spots a 'normal tourist' wouldn't see on a journey.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

After I finished school, I went to a backpacking trip with some friends in Sweden. We slept in ours tents, hadn't seen any villages for some days, just hiked around in the nature and met so much nice and helpful people. This was amazing!
