Nothing much to tell! I'm a budget traveler with an itch to see the world. I'm a former Peace Corps Volunteer (I served in Morocco) and I'm also a former AmeriCorps Member (served in Illinois). I've worked in foreign villages, at Alaskan fishing resorts, in small American communities, and in luxury boutique hotels, so I've kind of seen a bit of it all.

I like to keep to myself but I'm always up for a good conversation. I like to exercise and to write (I've self published a few books) and some of my favorite things to do while traveling are: reading in public parks, visiting cathedrals, taking long walks while listening to podcasts, and trying the local food.

If you find me sitting alone I'm usually scribbling in a notebook, reading, or listening to RadioLab. As I said earlier, I'm a writer and have self-published a few books. I also like to get in a few workouts each week.

As for books, if you haven't checked out V.E. Schwab's "A Darker Shade of Magic" trilogy, or Deborah Harkness's "All Souls Trilogy" you're missing out!
